Waitlist privacy
This page belongs to Resilium, the company behind On Air.
What we collect: the email you type, the page language, your approximate country (provided by Cloudflare) and, if present, the link source (utm parameters). We don't ask for your name or phone.
Why: only to tell you when On Air launches. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
How long: until the launch notice is sent or for 12 months, whichever comes first. After that, the data is deleted.
Where it's stored: in Cloudflare storage (KV) and in an internal Resilium spreadsheet on Google.
Voice demo: speech recognition is done by your browser. In Chrome, audio is processed by Google. Nothing goes through On Air servers and nothing is recorded.
Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
Your rights: to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, write to contato@resilium.com.br.
